- Assist in recording daily financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
- Assist with month end and year end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports and schedules as required by management
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents
- Assist with audits and tax related documentation when required
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Proven experience and proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with day to day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance department.
