Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
- Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and petty cash transactions
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense claims
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Prepare, scan, photocopy, file, and maintain company documents
- Manage correspondence, emails, and office records
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and government authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com or BBA preferred)
- 1–2 years of accounting and administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Junior Accountant cum Administrative Assistant to support our Finance and Administration Department.
- The successful candidate will assist with day to day accounting, administrative, and office coordination tasks while ensuring accurate financial records and efficient office operations.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and petty cash transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense claims.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare, scan, photocopy, file, and maintain company documents.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and office records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain employee, supplier, and customer records.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents as instructed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Schedule meetings and provide general administrative support.
- Assist HR with employee documentation and record maintenance.
- Perform accurate data entry into ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com or BBA preferred).
