Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities for warehouse operations in Riyadh.
- Record and monitor purchases, sales, and customer payments accurately.
- Prepare costing reports for transportation and customs clearance expenses.
- Create, maintain, and update the company Chart of Accounts.
- Reconcile accounts and keep financial records accurate and current.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to track inventory and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting procedures.
- Prepare profitability reports for submission to the CFO.
- Compile cost variance reports to support the CFO's operational decision-making.
