Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance activities and maintain financial records and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, transaction verification, monthly financial reports, and account reconciliations.
• Support senior accountants and organize supporting documentation.
• Update accounting records in the ERP or accounting system and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Follow financial policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
• Knowledge of journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills, accuracy, multitasking ability, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
