OWS Automotive is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations.

The role requires practical knowledge of journals, ledgers, invoicing, bookkeeping, and data entry.

Maintain journal entries, accounting records, general ledger accounts, and supporting documentation.
Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare, issue, verify, and maintain sales and purchase invoices and payment records.
Perform financial data entry and organize accounting records and documents.
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, basic reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.
Handle accounting correspondence, document preparation, scanning, printing, and related office support.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Accountant or Finance Manager.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
Basic knowledge of invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Good data entry skills, numerical accuracy, and careful handling of financial documents.
