Job Overview
Qashtoota B Laban seeks a Junior Accountant with 4 years of experience in the F&B industry to manage day-to-day accounting transactions, prepare food cost calculations, and handle payroll and inventory.
Strong knowledge of ERP software and food costing is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare food cost calculations and monitor cost variations
- Conduct food wastage analysis and prepare relevant reports
- Manage stock and inventory records, including regular stock verification
- Handle payroll and salary processing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with restaurant and central kitchen teams to ensure accurate recording of costs, purchases, stock, and wastage
Requirements
- 4 years of accounting experience in the F&B industry
- Strong working knowledge of ERP Software
- Hands-on experience in food costing, wastage analysis, inventory management, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Good understanding of restaurant and central kitchen operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
