Job Summary
Seeking a Junior Accountant with around 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and accounting data entry.
The role supports day-to-day Finance team activities, accurate recordkeeping, and customer payment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts receivable activities and customer account management.
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform accounting data entry and maintain financial records.
- Record invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and maintain payment records.
- Assist with bank and customer account reconciliations.
- File invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Verify accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with monthly closing activities.
- Prepare basic receivables and invoicing reports and statements.
- Coordinate on billing and payment-related queries.
- Perform other assigned accounting and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or a similar accounting role.
