Key Responsibilities
Accounts receivable & collections
- Track customer outstanding balances and manage follow-ups
- Log and track reasons for unpaid or delayed invoices
- Ensure every invoice is filed with proper acknowledgment/proof of receipt
Daily invoice cost & margin tracking.
Coordination & handoff with sales team and Senior Accountant.
Requirements
- Hands-on accounts/bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel skills — comfortable working with formulas and structured trackers
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- High attention to detail and comfortable with consistent daily data entry
- Confident, clear communicator — able to follow up with colleagues for transaction details without letting things slip
Based in Dubai, UAE
Pay: AED1,729.69 - AED2,000.00 per month
