Junior Academic Counselor

A leading after school learning center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Academic Counselor to join our team.

As a Junior Academic Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students and their families, helping them to achieve their academic goals.

Provide individualized academic counseling to students and their families Assess students’ academic strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized action plans Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide an optimal learning environment Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians Assist with college and career counseling, including college applications and scholarship search Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on academic and test-taking strategies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic counseling Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities If you are passionate about education and dedicated to helping students succeed, we encourage you to apply today!
