- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, lemonade, and other beverage items
- Operate juicers, blenders, ice machines, and basic coffee equipment
- Make simple coffee drinks (Americano, latte, cappuccino) when required
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent taste and portion sizes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized beverage station
- Wash and properly sanitize equipment after each use
- Restock fruits, ice, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assist with handing over orders when needed
- Report low stock or equipment issues to the supervisor
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Juice Maker or Barista is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation
