Overview
- Prepare and serve ice creams, juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and related beverages from the ice cream truck.
- Follow standard recipes and preparation methods to maintain consistent taste and quality.
- Operate ice cream machines, blenders, and other preparation equipment safely
- .
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the truck and food preparation area according to food safety standards.
- Handle customer orders politely and provide good customer service.
- Ensure proper storage of ice cream, fruits, milk, and other ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about ingredient shortages.
- Assist in daily setup and closing of the ice cream truck.
- Follow company guidelines and participate in initial training provided by the company.
