- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with Sales Director
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR administration and day to day office operations
- Help strengthen our employer brand across recruitment platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms is an advantage
- Fluent English is a must, Additional languages are a plus

Job Overview
