The employer is hiring a Jr. Structural Engineer for a fresher-level position.
The role covers structural design and detailing work across multiple construction materials and systems.
Required Knowledge and Tools
- Knowledge of STAAD.Pro, SAFE, ETABS, MS Office, and AutoCAD is required.
- The role includes steel design using AISC 360.
- The role includes concrete design using ACI 318.
- The role includes cold-formed steel framing design using AISI.
- The role includes timber structure design using NDS.
- The role includes connection detailing using AISC 360.
- Basic knowledge of load paths and structural fundamentals is required.
- The candidate must be comfortable working in SI and FPS units.
Scope of Work
- Structural work includes steel design, concrete design, cold-formed steel framing design, timber structure design, and connection detailing.
- The position requires delivering the listed structural engineering items using the specified tools and standards.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable commuting to Gandhinagar, Gujarat, or willingness to relocate before starting work, is required.
