About the Role
Kuche7 Manufacturing is seeking a Junior Quality Engineer for its Quality Control department.
The role supports quality inspections, quality standards, defect identification, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
The stated location is Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
Quality Control Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products.
- Inspect sheet metal, fabricated, painted, modular furniture, and kitchen components.
- Measure product dimensions using Vernier calipers, measuring tapes, gauges, and similar instruments.
- Identify and record defects, deviations, and production quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, check sheets, NCRs, and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, PPC, Paint, and Assembly teams on quality issues.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor drawings, specifications, BOM or MBOM, and quality-standard compliance.
- Conduct process audits and product inspections on the shop floor.
- Support 5S, quality improvement, and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist with customer complaint analysis and corrective actions.
