Role Overview
Junior Production Engineer supporting interior project production across design, factory, and site teams.
The role focuses on execution against drawings, production planning support, quality compliance, and timely delivery.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Bhiwandi.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Work location: In person.
Production Support
- Assist with daily production activities according to approved drawings.
- Support production planning and follow up on daily targets.
- Monitor shop-floor progress and update senior team members.
- Identify production issues and assist with resolution.
Drawing and Design Coordination
- Understand shop, GFC, and production drawings.
- Coordinate with the design team on clarifications and revisions.
- Ensure work follows the latest approved drawings.
Quality and Process Control
- Conduct basic in-process quality checks.
- Coordinate with QC for inspections and rectifications.
- Ensure finishing, dimensions, and materials meet quality standards.
Materials and Site Support
- Coordinate material issue and tracking with Stores.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
- Support installation teams during site execution and attend site visits.
- Ensure proper fitment and finishing at site.
Safety and Housekeeping
- Follow safety norms and ensure PPE usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic 5S practices on the shop floor.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of interior production and fit-out processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Civil, or Interior Design.
- 0–2 years of experience in interior production or manufacturing.
- Freshers with relevant technical exposure may apply.
- Basic to intermediate AutoCAD and MS Excel/MS Office knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.
- Food provided.
