Position Summary
Full-time Jr. MEP BIM Engineer role supporting MEP and BIM projects for international clients.
Projects serve commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and institutional sectors.
The role involves independent delivery, client and team coordination, and high-quality MEP modeling, construction documents, and coordination services.
Core Responsibilities
- Understand building services, including HVAC, mechanical pipework for heating and domestic water, gases, and drainage systems.
- Work with the team to deliver MEP design documentation projects on time and to the desired quality.
- Prepare detailed drawings and designs, including extraction of bills of quantities.
- Create detailed MEP drawings or models using AutoCAD and interpret MEP plans and sections.
- Communicate independently with clients in written and spoken English.
- Maintain meeting notes and stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the AEC or MEP industry.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
