Role Overview

Salary and Benefits

• The offered salary is 4,000–4,500 QAR per month.
• Company accommodation and transportation are provided.
• Salary depends on interview performance.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of mechanical Facilities Engineer experience with an FM company, residential properties, a mall, or a consultancy.
• Qatar or GCC market experience is mandatory.
• Candidates locally available in Qatar must have a valid Qatar ID and NOC.
• Good knowledge of MEP, HVAC, fire alarm, and BMS building systems.
• Understanding of preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and AutoCAD.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.
• Candidates outside Qatar may apply if they have Qatar or GCC market experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAFM or CMMS software familiarity is an advantage.
• A valid Qatar driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work extra hours when necessary is required.

Work Environment

• The position supports facilities operations in shopping mall and accommodation management environments in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities for residential properties or shopping mall environments.
• Support maintenance of mechanical building systems, including MEP, HVAC, fire alarm, and BMS systems.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
