Position
The position is for a Steel Lab Technician within a civil or steel testing laboratory.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
- The role requires 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a civil or steel testing laboratory.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct steel testing according to applicable IS standards and NABL procedures.
- Handle laboratory testing equipment and instruments.
- Prepare and maintain test records and reports.
- Ensure proper sample handling and testing procedures.
- Maintain laboratory documentation according to NABL requirements.
- Follow quality and safety procedures in the laboratory.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and quality team for testing activities.
