· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering.
· 3+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience (aerospace industry experience preferred).

· Lead projects across the entire product lifecycle—from concept design, detailed drafting, fabrication, assembly, and testing to production launch.
· Drive new development initiatives from conception to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
· Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust timelines as needed to guarantee on-time delivery.
· Resolve complex engineering challenges while creating new concepts, mechanisms, assemblies, parts, and technical drawings.
· Take full project ownership with minimal supervision, balancing independent work and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
· Engage in frequent, high-level interactions with internal stakeholders and external customers.
· Generate creative mechanical designs and produce detailed component and assembly models.
· Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to build 3D models and 2D engineering drawings adhering to ASME Y14.5 standards.
· Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews to solve complex mechanical challenges.
· Express and validate ideas through technical discussions or physical prototypes.
· Drive continuous design improvements, including weight reduction, performance enhancement, cost optimization, and design automation.

· Ensure all designs are optimized for manufacturability, assembly, tooling efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.
· Select appropriate materials and surface finishes based on functional and environmental needs.
· Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), request vendor quotes, manage follow-ups, and source new suppliers.
· Liaise with outsourced manufacturing partners and external suppliers to manage part deliveries, project schedules, budget targets, and technical specifications.
· Validate design decisions through rapid prototyping and computational modeling.
· Evaluate structural integrity—including aircraft components—using Classical Analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for load, static, and fatigue assessments.
· Perform stack-up tolerance analyses and conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify risks and build product robustness.
· Draft analysis documentation and formal reports to support regulatory and product certification.
· Solid grasp of core engineering fundamentals, including mechanical design theory, Strength of Materials, load calculations, and structural analysis.
· Deep understanding of mechanical mechanisms, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and drafting conventions.
· Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining, and enclosure design.
· Demonstrated track record in end-to-end product development and structural engineering.
· Proficient in CAD modeling tools, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
· Hands-on expertise in FEA and simulation software, such as ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS Mechanical.
