Junior commissioning engineering role focused on building core technical knowledge and operational capability.
The role supports offshore and onshore project activities under the direction of senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with offshore and onshore project activities and perform assigned tasks of increasing complexity.
- Support senior engineers with complex assignments to learn construction methodologies and operational practices.
- Participate in meetings, mobilizations, and site briefings as directed.
- Attend technical training programs and courses to acquire discipline-specific skills.
- Complete orientation and familiarization programs covering company procedures, systems, and methodologies.
Requirements and Standards
- Understand departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards.
- Comply with company policies, the Code of Conduct, the Integrity Policy, and HSE standards.
- Develop awareness of project execution processes and safe working practices.
Work Setting
- The role involves offshore and onshore project activities, mobilizations, and site briefings.
