Jr. Backend Engineer

Requirements

• 0–3 years of backend development experience (freshers welcome).
• Exposure to both JavaScript and Python is mandatory (advanced proficiency in one is acceptable).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and HTTP fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (mandatory) .
• Basic familiarity with Redis concepts.
• Exposure to Linux-based environments.
• Willingness to work within existing architectural constraints.
• Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS .
• Exposure to backend deployment practices, such as: Running services on cloud instances Environment configuration and secrets management Basic monitoring and logging concepts
• Basic understanding of system monitoring or logging.
• Interest in backend scalability and reliability concepts.
