Job description
The Junior Accounts Payable Advisor supports the Accounts Payable team with day-to-day activities.
The role is intended for a recent graduate or early-career business administration professional seeking hands-on experience.
Work arrangement
- This is a hybrid position with the potential need to work on site five days per week during training.
Accounts payable responsibilities
- Review, process, and route invoices through Ascend Software for coding and approval.
- Distribute incoming mail and invoices to appropriate departments.
- Enter invoices into Workday for payment processing.
- Respond to site and supplier inquiries about invoices, payments, and account details.
- Prepare Electronic Integration Builder uploads and maintain supplier records.
- Assist with weekly cheque runs and payment processing.
