Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Drafts Invoices And Quotations
- Data/Ledger entries in software.
- Vat registration and filing
- Knowledge of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statements.

- Verbal Communication Education and Experience
Requirements
- 2 years of accounts and administrative experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software
- Including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Arabic Language knowledge will be preferred
- Business Consultancy experience will be preferred
- Applicants with Driving License will be given preference.
