Position Overview
The Junior Academy Coordinator will support the management of the Academy App and
oversee the coordination of courses, speakers, and participants.
The role includes handling
communication, scheduling, and full logistical support for both online and in-person
educational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and update the Academy App with all related tasks, including course
- updates, scheduling, content coordination, bookings, registrations, communication,
- and handling messages and inquiries
- Coordinate academy courses (online and onsite programs)
- Communicate with speakers, faculty, and participants
- Organize and oversee course logistics and timelines
- Arrange flights, hotel bookings, and travel logistics for speakers and faculty
- Coordinate transport and local arrangements when required
- Provide operational support during course delivery (virtual and onsite)
- Ensure smooth execution of all academic events and programs
Requirements
- Must be based in the UAE (local candidate)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in administration, event coordination, travel coordination, or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and online systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to support events across different countries if needed
