Parts Procurement & Sourcing
Source, order, and track parts/materials for equipment maintenance, ensuring cost-effective purchasing
Process purchase orders, track delivery, and resolve minor order issues
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and vendor agreements
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
Organize inventory for efficient retrieval and distribution
Parts Distribution & Support
Manage shipment/receipt of parts, ensuring proper documentation
Collaborate with technicians to confirm parts and address supply chain issues
Process Optimization & Compliance
Support improvements in procurement and inventory workflows
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Parts Technician
- 2-3 years of industry experience, preferably in highway truck or heavy equipment environments
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving abstract
- Safety-conscious and able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CAT heavy equipment parts and JD Edwards, Caterpillar SIS, or similar platforms is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Work Conditions
Office-based role located in Leduc, Alberta, with occasional travel within the province
Monday to Friday work schedule
