Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records independently for each joint venture company.
- Record daily journal entries in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Monitor general ledger accounts, partners' accounts, expenses, and revenues.
- Prepare monthly trial balances.
Partners' Account Reconciliation
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reconciliations of partners' accounts.
- Coordinate with partners' accountants or representatives to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Document and obtain approval for monthly reconciliation statements.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support preparation of financial statements, including the income statement and statement of financial position.
- Provide management with analytical reports on financial performance and costs.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles.
- Ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of joint venture agreements.
- Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external auditors.
- Maintain accounting documents, invoices, contracts, and supporting records in an organized, audit-ready manner.
Experience Requirement
- At least 7 years of accountant experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 8,000 to SAR 10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
