Supervise joinery and carpentry works on site or in the workshop.
Manage carpenters, installers, polishers, and helper teams.
Read and understand technical drawings and shop drawings.
Ensure all joinery items are installed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor work progress and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers.
Inspect materials and finished work for quality control.
Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and safety procedures.
Solve site issues related to measurements, installation, and finishing.
Prepare daily work reports and manpower updates.
Check site measurements before fabrication and installation.
