About the Role
Artisan Woodworks LLC is hiring a proactive Joinery Storekeeper cum Store Accountant to manage store operations, inventory control, and costing reports. Requires experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in joinery or manufacturing, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the store operations
- Handle inventory control, stock monitoring and store administration
- Record and monitor all store material issuances and inventory transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up to date inventory records
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and costing reports
- Coordinate closely with Production Team Leaders, Production Manager, and Purchasing Team
- Support the implementation and improvement of inventory and costing processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or store accounting, preferably in joinery, manufacturing, or construction industries
- Knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and their applications is highly preferred
- Experience in costing and inventory reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of taking initiative
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description
- WE ARE HIRING – JOINERY STOREKEEPER CUM STORE ACCOUNTANT (Male)
- Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai
- Joining Date: Immediately
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Storekeeper to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the store operations
- Handle inventory control, stock monitoring and store administration
- Record and monitor all store material issuances and inventory transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up to date inventory records.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and costing reports
