Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of joinery works on luxury residential and interior fit out projects, ensuring installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines
- Review technical drawings and shop drawings, coordinating with design and project management teams
- Supervise site joinery crews and monitor progress against schedules
- Conduct site measurements, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and workmanship
- Prepare site reports, support inspections and handovers, and contribute to continuous improvement in construction and fit out processes
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in joinery, interior fit out, and construction methods, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and shop drawings
- Proficiency in site supervision, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and managing daily site activities to meet quality and timeline requirements
- Experience with project planning, progress monitoring, and basic use of project management tools for scheduling and reporting
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and quality control procedures relevant to joinery and interior works
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with designers, engineers, project managers, craftsmen, and clients
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Interior Fit out, or a related field
- Previous experience in joinery site engineering or similar roles within luxury residential or high end interior projects, preferably in the UAE
- Ability to work on site full time in Dubai, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to fast paced project environments

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Joinery Site Engineer role based in Dubai.
- The Joinery Site Engineer oversees the execution of joinery works on luxury residential and interior fit out projects, ensuring that all installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings and shop drawings, coordinating with design and project management teams, supervising site joinery crews, and monitoring progress against schedules.
