About the Role
TOP Solutions is urgently hiring an experienced Joinery & Retail Fit-Out Detailer/Draftsman for projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical documentation for custom joinery and retail fit-out.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed joinery, millwork, and fit out shop drawings for production and installation
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and fabrication drawings
- Develop detailed drawings for custom furniture, display units, counters, wall cladding, ceilings, feature elements, and other bespoke joinery works
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, production teams, site teams, consultants, and clients
- Prepare material schedules, cutting lists, quantity take offs, and hardware schedules
- Conduct site measurements and incorporate site conditions into technical drawings
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, mall regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards
- Provide technical support throughout fabrication and installation phases
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Joinery Detailer / Millwork Detailer / Shop Drawing Detailer / Joinery CAD Draftsman / Interior Fit Out Detailer
- Proven experience on retail stores, mall boutiques, and commercial fit out projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, millwork detailing, and retail fit out construction
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of production ready shop drawings
- Familiarity with UAE mall fit out requirements, tenant coordination, and approval procedures
- Ability to interpret design drawings and convert them into accurate fabrication and installation details

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background as a Joinery Detailer, Millwork Detailer, Shop Drawing Detailer, Joinery CAD Draftsman, and Interior Retail Fit Out Detailer.
- The successful candidate must have proven experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical documentation for custom joinery, millwork, retail stores, mall boutiques, and interior fit out projects within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
