Role Overview
Manage and oversee joinery and fit-out projects from planning through completion.
Handle projects involving mass joinery production and site fit-out execution.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, production teams, procurement, and site teams.
- Monitor project scope, programme, manpower, materials, quality, and costs.
- Ensure timely production, delivery, installation, and project handover.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, and production requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Experience managing joinery and fit-out projects from planning through completion.
- Ability to manage both mass joinery production and site fit-out execution.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, production, procurement, and site teams.
- Ability to monitor project scope, programme, manpower, materials, quality, and costs.
- Ability to review shop drawings, material specifications, and production requirements.
