Requirements
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution within the interior fit out industry
- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and construction detailing
- Strong understanding of joinery, custom furniture production, and interior fit out processes
- Problem solving and decision making skills for addressing design or construction challenges
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in construction projects
- Proven experience in delivering projects within deadlines and budget constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Work experience in the United Arab Emirates and familiarity with local codes and regulations is advantageous

Role Description
