Al Dayat Industries seeks an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise daily workshop and site activities for wooden doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom joinery. The role requires strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and quality control to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate joinery works in the workshop and on site
- Manage the production and installation of wooden doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanity counters, wall panels, counters, and other custom woodwork
- Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, cutting lists, and project specifications
- Allocate daily tasks to carpenters, installers, helpers, polishers, and other joinery team members
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and deadlines
- Check materials, fittings, hardware, accessories, and tools required for each project
- Ensure proper handling, cutting, assembly, finishing, and installation of joinery items
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and clients when required
- Inspect completed works and identify defects, errors, or adjustments needed before handover
- Ensure all joinery works are completed safely, professionally, and according to company standards
- Maintain daily work reports, manpower updates, material usage records, and project progress updates
- Ensure the team follows health, safety, cleanliness, and workshop/site rules
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman, Woodwork Foreman, Carpentry Foreman, or similar role
- Strong experience in joinery works, especially wooden doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanity counters, and customized furniture
- Good knowledge of joinery materials, plywood, MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood, hardware, fittings, and finishing methods
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and measurements
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Ability to manage carpenters, installers, helpers, and workshop staff effectively
- Good knowledge of site installation procedures and workshop production processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures in workshop and site environments
- UAE experience in joinery, fit out, or woodworking is preferred

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and professional Joinery Foreman to join our growing joinery works company.
