Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and coordinate joinery and woodworking activities on site or in a workshop.
The role is responsible for workmanship quality, compliance with drawings and specifications, project timeliness, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, partitions, and other joinery works meet quality standards.
- Plan and schedule daily work activities to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site joinery issues.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and update supervisors on project progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters and joiners.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
