We are seeking an experienced and motivated Joinery Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in our joinery manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in joinery production, and hands-on experience managing factory teams in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all factory operations, including production, planning, and quality control
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Lead, train, and monitor factory staff and supervisors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory, materials, and machinery usage
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** in a similar role (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and woodworking processes
- Experience in factory management and team leadership
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field
- Experience working on high-end interior or fit-out projects
