Responsibilities
- Manage all factory operations from production planning to dispatch
- Lead production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes
- Monitor machine utilization and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Installation departments
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards
- Develop and mentor production teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a managerial role
- Previous experience in joinery, kitchens, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning
- Knowledge of CNC manufacturing and woodworking processes is an advantage

Job Overview
- Armadio Design Closets is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our state of the art joinery and kitchen manufacturing facility.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, lean manufacturing, quality control, and team leadership within the joinery, cabinetry, furniture, or woodworking industry.
