Overview
- Study RFQ, tender drawings, specifications and BOQ
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for joinery works Estimate detailed costs for materials, labor, factory production, and installation Source and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare comparison sheets and finalize competitive rates Coordinate with factory and site teams for accurate costing
- Prepare item-wise BOQ breakdowns for joinery scope Preparation of qualifications, exclusions and clarifications.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization Support for preparing tender queries and post-tender clarifications
- Prepare variation and change order pricing Update and maintain cost databases for UAE market rates
- Ensure estimates comply with drawings, specifications, and company standards Work closely with QS, procurement and design teams
