About the Role
Convrgnt Value Engineering LLC is seeking an experienced Joinery Engineer to oversee woodwork manufacturing in the factory and manage installation activities at project sites in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery production activities in the factory
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings
- Monitor cutting, assembling, veneering, polishing, painting, and finishing processes
- Inspect material quality (MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, solid wood, etc.)
- Control material wastage and improve production efficiency
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per project timelines
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch to site
- Coordinate with procurement for material planning
- Maintain production reports and update management regularly
- Supervise installation of joinery works at project sites
- Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other trades
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of GCC/UAE experience in joinery / fit out works
- Strong knowledge of joinery production and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
