About the Role
Ocean Drive Contracting is urgently hiring a Joinery Draftsman with minimum 3 years of UAE experience in joinery drafting and interior fit-out projects. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, coordinating with production teams, and managing factory schedules.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall paneling, and custom furniture
- Develop section details, material take offs, cutting lists, and assembly details
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and site conditions
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers
- Issue approved drawings to production team
- Plan and monitor factory production schedules
- Coordinate between production supervisors, machine operators, and installation team
- Manage procurement of factory materials
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing
- Report production status to management
- Maintain drawing registers and revision logs
- Prepare BOQs and material quantity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as Joinery drafting, Interior fit out projects, Factory coordination
- Ability to prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall paneling, and custom furniture
- Proficiency in developing section details, material take offs, cutting lists, and assembly details
- Experience coordinating with designers, engineers, and project managers
- Ability to plan and monitor factory production schedules
- Experience managing procurement of factory materials
- Ability to maintain drawing registers and revision logs
- Experience preparing BOQs and material quantity reports
