Inner Circle Industries seeks a detail-oriented Joiner Detailer / CNC Operator to produce accurate shop drawings, generate cutting lists, prepare nesting layouts, and run CNC machines efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Prepare shop drawings, assembly drawings, and exploded views
- Break down designs into individual components with correct dimensions and specs
- Generate cutting lists and material usage reports
- Create nesting layouts for efficient sheet optimisation
- Program CNC files (G code, DXF, MPR, etc.)
- Operate CNC machines, including setup, tool loading, and test runs
- Perform quality checks before releasing items to production
- Troubleshoot CNC issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with production supervisors and carpenters
Requirements
- Ability to produce accurate shop drawings, assembly drawings, and exploded views
- Experience in generating cutting lists and material usage reports
- Proficiency in creating nesting layouts for efficient sheet optimization
- Experience programming CNC files (G code, DXF, MPR, etc.)
- Ability to operate CNC machines including setup, tool loading, and test runs
- Detail oriented and proactive
- Experience in Spazio3D or similar joinery software is highly preferred
