Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Travel Consultant.
The Travel Consultant will handle travel arrangements, manage customer reservations, provide personalized consultancy, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients in planning and booking flights, accommodations, and travel itineraries in line with their preferences, as well as offering advice on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Familiarity with travel industry software and booking tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Proficient communication skills in English; additional language skills are a bonus
