Role Description

  • Lead and manage sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for Emeron Group’s electromechanical and construction chemical services.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales plans.
  • Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and report progress to leadership.
  • Maintain strong, long term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, business development, and account management experience, ideally within electromechanical, construction, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and use data to forecast and report on sales performance.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience working in the Middle East market, with understanding of local regulations, business practices, and industry standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Comfort working on site, collaborating with technical teams, and visiting customer locations, project sites, and partners as required.
  • High level of integrity, customer centric mindset, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
