Overview
- Operate and maintain Gallus LM 440 UV flexographic printing presses.
- Ensure consistent print quality, registration, and color accuracy throughout production runs.
- Perform color matching and color adjustments according to client specifications and Pantone standards.
- Handle and print on a variety of substrates including filmic materials, self-adhesive labels, and shrink sleeve materials.
- Set up printing jobs including plates, inks, anilox rolls, sleeves, and substrates.
- Troubleshoot printing issues related to ink flow, curing, registration, and substrate behavior.
- Work closely with quality control teams to maintain high production standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal press performance.
- Follow all safety and production procedures within the facility.
