- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff
- Ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage service
- Take and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service
- Train and guide junior service staff when required
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and health & safety regulations
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Senior Waiter, or similar role in a hotel or restaurant
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Well groomed appearance and professional attitude
