Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and other marketplaces
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to gather accurate product data
- Write clear and SEO optimized product titles and descriptions
- Ensure proper product categorization, keywords, and tagging for search optimization
- Manage pricing strategies and promotional campaigns on e commerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking and order fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Analyze sales reports, platform insights, and customer reviews to improve performance
- Keep up to date with e commerce trends, platform updates, and category guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience managing listings on Amazon, Noon, or Carrefour in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of hardware, tools, and building materials
- Familiarity with product feed files, bulk uploads, and platform specific listing tools
- Excellent written communication and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Excel and basic image editing tools

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Summary
- We are a leading hardware and building materials retailer in the UAE looking to expand our sales channels by listing our products on major e commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour.
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive E commerce Sales & Catalog Specialist to manage our online product listings, optimize visibility, and grow online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to gather accurate product data (specs, descriptions, prices, images, stock levels).
- Write clear and SEO optimized product titles and descriptions tailored to each platform's standards.
- Ensure proper product categorization, keywords, and tagging for search optimization.
- Manage pricing strategies and promotional campaigns on e commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking and order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze sales reports, platform insights, and customer reviews to improve performance.
- Keep up to date with e commerce trends, platform updates, and category guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing listings on Amazon, Noon, or Carrefour in the UAE.
