Responsibilities
- Support day to day ICT operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver technology solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contribute to project planning and execution, prepare documentation and reports.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, monitor solution performance, and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Help maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to company policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Relevant technical skills in Information Communications Technology and familiarity with enterprise IT solutions.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to support project delivery and ongoing services.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in ICT, consulting, or enterprise solutions within the GCC region is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
