Responsibilities
- Support electromechanical projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Review technical drawings and monitor site activities
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers
Requirements
- Strong technical background in electromechanical engineering or related field, with experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and standards, with familiarity in relevant codes and regulations used in the UAE construction and engineering sector
- Effective project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on site in dynamic project conditions
- Relevant diploma or degree in electromechanical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or closely related discipline
- Previous experience in UAE or GCC electromechanical contracting, particularly on large or prestigious projects, is highly beneficial
