Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the hospitality concept, ensuring high standard of guest experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with front of house and back of house teams.
- Maintain brand and visual standards aligned with the artistic concept.
- Assist in smooth execution of service throughout the day.
- Collaborate with management on initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional activities.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a welcoming environment reflecting the company's focus on art, innovation, and elevated dining.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or Food and Beverage operations, preferably in upscale or concept driven venues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle fast paced, on site service environments.
- Interest in or exposure to art, design, or creative concepts.
- Knowledge of basic health, safety, and hygiene practices in hospitality settings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in hospitality, tourism, business, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Role Description
