Responsibilities
- Support day to day operations related to building and industrial rope access and MEP activities
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and inspection tasks
- Follow safety protocols and coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Ensure work is carried out according to technical specifications, client requirements, and company quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate progress to supervisors
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
Requirements
- Relevant technical skills and experience in building services, industrial operations, or MEP related activities
- Strong awareness of safety practices, including working at heights, use of PPE, and adherence to guidelines
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, or work plans
- Good problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
- Previous experience in rope access, construction, facilities management, or MEP services is preferred
- Relevant vocational training, certification, or technical diploma in a related field is an advantage
- Willingness to work onsite in various locations within the UAE and adapt to changing project needs
