Role Description

  • In this full time, on site role based at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, the Job Title is responsible for delivering high quality service and support aligned with the hotel’s luxury standards.
  • Daily tasks may include interacting with guests, coordinating with cross functional teams, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring smooth operations in the assigned department.
  • The role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to an atmosphere of warm, professional hospitality.
  • The Job Title is expected to follow established procedures, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and support departmental goals for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional guest service, build rapport, and communicate effectively with a diverse, international clientele.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and hotel related software; ability to learn Marriott systems and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and coordinate with other departments.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, or customer facing roles is highly beneficial.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • High level of personal presentation and professionalism, with a commitment to Marriott’s values and service standards.
  • Relevant education or training in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is preferred.
